Refunds shall only be considered upon receipt of a written request and shall only be authorised by Executive Director in consultation with the Finance Manager. Refunds shall only be considered in the following situations:
Fitness Mentors reserves the right to cancel programs. Students that have enrolled in a program that has been cancelled then Fitness Mentors will provide the student a full refund of the fees paid by the student.
Where a student submits a request in writing for a refund more than 14 days prior to the commencement of a course, a full refund of course fees paid by the student will be issued.
If a student submits a request in writing for a refund less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course no refund will be provided and Fitness Mentors will retain100% of the course fee paid by the student, students will be given the opportunity to transfer into a course at a later date.
No refund will be given to a student once the course they are enrolled in has commenced , students can transfer into a later course – with a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee applicable
